822. 1. Record, in Gideon White's handwriting of complaints made by Joseph Mangum (Mangham), Conrod Buchannan, Daniel Cormick against the conduct of the officers of the Whiting in impressing and maltreating inhabitants of Shelburne. 

2. Recommendation that certain freeholders of Shelburne be protected by the Navy. Unsigned, in White's hand.
