602. Wm. Thomson, prothonotary, to Gideon White. He encloses deputation. It will scarcely be necessary to add that I expect your punctuality in paying me my proportion of the fees you receive, which is one third - I shall receive the fees due from the Party on acct. of the Records you have sent whenever they come to make use of them. For your future regulation it is proper to say that you may demand the fees from the Party requiring the copies, but which if they refuse to pay, on sending them to me will always be recovered, when they call for the record as in the case. I know of no fee that the law allows for a certificate, therefore I never demand any. Postscript relative to list Mr. Hodson sent of the delinquent proprietors of land. Expenses of advertisement must be paid before the Chief Justice, who has paid them, will issue an order for the lands to be sold.
