573. Freke Bulkeley to Colin Campbell, in receipt of letter. He encloses a deputation making Campbell Secretary for the County of Shelburne. "Colonel Skinner has I suppose received some marriage licences and bonds, which were transmitted to him in January last, and which he will now put into your possession. You will please to send me a return of what business has been transacted since Mr. Combauld's departure, and in future transmit one quarterly with an account of half-fees." Holograph.
