183. John Miller, see'y of the Associated Loyalists, to Gideon White Expressing the great concern that the committee feels for his "Indisposition". The committee "can by no means think of accepting Your resignation, or choosing any other person in Your stead they will patiently wait till your health is re established, and that You can with propriety attend the Meetings of the said committee - the loss of a Man of Your Abilities, would be sensible felt by the Association in general - and the Committe beg particularly to acquaint You, that it is their General Opinion it would be so."
