1895 27 May Boston
1503. D. H. Andrews, Pres. Of the South Shore Railway Co. to N. W. White. He is sending two prints of the map of location of the railway from Yarmouth to Halifax. "I learn that the bill was stopped in its course by a Mr. Flyn because it was not printed in French. On inquiry it seemed probable to me that this was a technical obstruction and that the bill properly printed in French was being looked after." He is waiting to hear what is to be done about the suits against the South Shore Ry. "I trust that the obstructions to the passage of the bill at this session all be discovered and removed so that we may be put in shape to push matters along." Holograph
