1353. [Draft of] letter from Cornelius White [to?], returning a paper sent from Yarmouth to Shelburne asking for subscriptions for repurchasing Abbotsford and perpetuating it in the family of Sir Walter Scott. He regrets having no subscriptions to transmit. Other business re the cause of Moody versus Stoddart.
