1284. Deane White to his brother Cornelius. He is sending several articles wanted by various members of the family, but cannot find any candlewick in Halifax. Other items of business. "The House Have voted £14 for their extra time." Postscript. "The Town is in great distress for Fewel - the 50 Chaldrons sold from the Kings Yard, was to relieve the wants at that time - sold for $11 & 11/ - It is now Selling for $15 & only to Black Smiths." Holograph.
