1171. 1. Lt.-Gov. Kempt to Gideon White, custos rotulorum. [Circular]. He asks White's assistance for Mr. Rockwell, agent for a company which is surveying the mines of the province with a view to working them. "As an additional Motive for your Attention…I have to acquaint you that there is a reasonable hope that the reserved profits of the Mines will be applied to the benefit of the province." Autograph.
