It contains many possibly original documents pasted between the pages, including cattle marks and a "land tax bill" from 1779 which lists the acreage, number of acres in marsh and woodland, the value of the land, and any improvements made (ie buildings). There is also a folded paper labeled "Falmouth Township Meeting Minutes" dated 1764. Microfilm 15061 contains MG 4 vol. 218.

Microfilm 12298 contains the original Falmouth Township Book. Many births are recorded as taking place in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and other parts of New England. Vital statistics and ear marks are not listed in exact chronological order. Borrowed from the Registrar of Deeds, Windsor, N.S., for microfilming. It also contains three volumes dealing with the Falmouth dykes and commons:

  - Vol. 1 "General Returns of the Number of Men and Teams Employed by the Proprietors of the Village Marsh in Falmouth" and "Minutes of the Commissioners of Sewers, 1776-1906"; lists of lots of land contained in the Dyke; and assessments upon the proprietors (some years missing).
