This is to certify that the town lotts in Preston Letter A #31 and 31C containing in both seven acres more or less situate as represented in the adjoining plot were originally laid out to Balthazar Creamer and the Town Lott Letter B #11 situate in said Preston as represented above was originally laid out to Hugh McFall.
