Letter from Seth Coleman to William Sabatier re. Vaccinations

Seth Coleman reporting that questions asked him by Sabatier in regards to the inhabitants of Dartmouth and Preston. Coleman has vaccinated many people and put a stop to small-pox epidemic. He gives numbers of vaccinated and unvaccinated inhabitants and his ministrations to others. This document was enclosed in RG 1 volume 305 number 6.
