Theophilus Chamberlain and other inhabitants of Dartmouth and Preston stating the bad state of the road between Creighton’s Ferry and Preston, and asking for a grant of £120, which they estimate will repair the road. Signed with 13 names and presented to the Lietenant Governor (see also RG 5 series A volume 17 number 15).
