TO THE TREASURER OF THE PROVINCE,

You are hereby directed to pay unto John Horner Esquire the sum of thirty six pounds fourteen shillings and ten pence balance due him for the erection of a Beacon and Humane House on the Isle of Hope

out of the Duties of Impost and Excise appropriated for the support of His Majesty's Government, as granted by the General Assembly of this Province, and in so doing this shall be your Warrant.

Given under my Hand and Seal at Arms at Halifax, this 21st day of May in the 4th Year of His Majesty's Reign, Annoque Domini 1834
