Includes letter from Michael Wallace outlining the issue of how money earned from auctioning the Pegasus's salvage should be paid out, and asking for judgment from the three referees: Enos Collins, John Albro and James H. Tidmarsh.

Also includes decision by said referees, awarding twenty-three pounds to the Humane Establishment as Salvage.
