SIR JAMES KEMPT,
Knigh: Grand Cross of the Most Honorable Military
Order of the Bath, Lieutenant-Governor, and
Commander in Chief, in and over His Majesty's
Province of Nova-Scotia, and its Dependencies
&c. &c. &c.
TO THE TREASURER OF THE PROVINCE,
OR HIS DEPUTY,
YOU are hereby directed to pay unto the Commissioners
of Sable Island the sum of Four hundred
Pounds for the support of that Establishment
the present year.

out of the Duties of Impost and Excise appropriated for the support of His Majesty's Government, as granted by the General Assembly of this Province. And in so doin this shall be your Warrant.

Given under my Hand and Seal at Arms, at Halifax this 19th day of September in the Third Year of His Majesty's Reign, Annoque Domini 1822
