Sable Island 15th Sep.r 1853

Dear Sir

Yours of the 8th I received yesterday, and have nothing special to report further than is contained in the enclosed.

We are all well and are getting on with our house &c &c

I now send the cans for the fluid forgotten by Daring.

I shall expect the cutter in 3 or 4 weeks from this time and will endeavour to have every thing in readiness for her. If she comes sooner perhaps we may be ready for her.

In haste
Your Ob.t Serv.t
M.D. McKenna
