Molases to be used with Coffee and Chocolate, and Sugar to be given with Tea. Butter and Berrie given when to be
had. Ducks, Fresh meat and fresh fish may be used any day to be had. Milk always allowed for Tea, Coffee, Chocolate and Porridge, when to be
had. Meat to be given in the proportion of 1 [lb?] of pork, [to?] 2 [lb?] beef. Bread may be either Hard or soft. Fish may be either Dry or
Pickled. Corn Meal may be used at times in place of Oat Meal. Peas may be used in place of Beans at times.
Bread on the table every meal. When any of the above articles are not on hand a substitute to be given.
