and used the contents --- That Deponent knows George Collingham and he informed Deponent that Mr Darby had turned him out of his house that Deponent enquired the cause from the other passengers and was informed that he had been guilty of, or suspected of theft; -- That the weather was tempestuous and Deponent did not leave the Maria during the voyage -
