We have submitted the accounts forwarded by you, relative the to the Cargo Materials of the Brig Lancaster wrecked on Sable Island to a professional gentleman who is of opinion that they are insufficient & warrant our delivering the property over to you

The Act proposed during the last Session of the Assembly, pointing out to us the course to be Exercised by the Commissioners - we feel ourselves bound strictly to adhere to it, in the present instance
