In reply to your Excellency's Letter of yesterday's date, expressing a wish that I would spare a Vessel for the removal of sixty five people wrecked on Sable Island in the Brig Lancaster; I have the honor to acquaint your Excellency, that I have seen Mr Edward Cunard, one of the Commissioners for the management of the Affairs of that Island, who
