Halifax July 22nd 1846
Sir,
We have the honor to enclose a statement of expenses incurred for services performed by the Schr Daring, by order of the Government, amounting to £109.19.3.

We beg the favor of you to lay the same before His Excellency the Lieut Governor, and we respectfully ask, that he will be pleased to grant us a warrant for the same, in order that we may replace the monies, so disbursed, and taken from the funds of Sable Island and grants for the protection of the Fisheries.
