My dear Sir
The Gov.t are of opinion that it w.d be convenient & for the public interests if you w.d be so good as to pay into the hands of the Receiver General all monies that may henceforth come to your hands in your official capacity, & if regular quarterly claims of receipts & payments were made by you. This will not we trust subject you to much inconvenience.
