Gentlemen

I am anxious to obtain [say?] 100 Horses from Sable Island and dispose of the same either at Pictou, Yarmouth or such places as I may deem most expedient, paying to the Establishment one half the Nett Proceeds. Should this proposition meet your views, will you give me an order to the Superintendent to that effect
