under the circumstances the Commissioners [word?] justly entitled to. With this [word?] of the transaction, we conceive Mssr[?] Bennett [?] on whom Messrs Creighton & Grassies[?] order is drawn, is the party to whom they ought to apply, if they can possibly conceive they have any further claim. The Commissioners deem it at this time proper to remind You that the Spanish Vice Consul has not yet refunded the advance made him from the funds of Sable Island amtg to £39.14.3 paid towards the relief of the passengers & Crew of the Said Schooner "Bella Maria"
