His tongue never ceases to abuse the Commissioners, He says only for his industry this Establishment would have become a wreck long ago ---
It takes one man to make shoes another to shoot Ducks another to make Shirts and trucks and another besides old Billy Etter to attend to the House afairs. Besides all hands empl'd a Great part of the time either Directly or indirectly for the Benefit of him and his family. This as far as I have seen has been his Chief industry, and as for his own Doings I have never seen him do anything but talk, Their is not a man here ever saw him get a foot wet any more than a Cat would. It is in vain for me to write you any more I suppose you are pretty well aware of it all. Their is one thing if he is not removed I must leave the Island as soon as possible. With a Clear Concience I would willingly make oath to all I have stated, His own Brother in Law has told me enough to transport him beyond the Seas, Sir I hope you will Excuse me for taking the Liberty of writing you on the Subject for I am necessiated. I have written you to Please send me a Spy Glass as it is very inconvenient to be without one

I Remain your Most Obedient and humble Servant
John Nisbett
