He will ascertain the number and value of Cattle and other live Stock, on the Island, with their ownership.

He will enquire into the nature of the complaints made by the Governor of the Island against the Commissioners as indicated in the letter addressed by Captain Darby to the Lieutenant Governor.

He will also enquire into the nature of the Answers which Captain Darby has to give to the complaints preferred against him in the letter of the Commissioners
