And I hope that it will have that effect on His Excellency, through your kind Representation, to Convince him of the Propriety of ordering the Government Schooner Sisters to visit the Establishment more Frequently during the Summer Season, and whilst it is surrounded by such Bold and Troublesome Neighbours as the American Fishermen, Two Months without a visit is a long time as one Week might produce more Disastrous, Effects, than many years could make Good, And Generally Evil is easier prevented than Remedied.
