Capt Darby arrived here on the 15th Oct. and the whether was so bad that we could not land any that day = but on the 16th the whether was more moderate and we landed Every thing and In good Order = agreeable to the bils of Loading = and also those cords of wood, and seven [Quentrels?] fish instead of six - which you must pay him for the odd [Quentrell?] which is twenty shillings = the wind is now from the Eastward and the Sea Rising fast that the vessel must be off or Else she will be ashore I have a good Deal more to say but I have not time to write; you must excuse me = for we are oblidged to work according to the wheather the vessel got under weigh about 5 oclock this Evening Cap't Darby
