John Mires is Determined to Inst. the Island in the Spring and I wish you would look out for an other to supply his place = if Joseph Darby Junior will come off I would prefer him to any one Else he being handy young man; Sir you must Excuse as the sea is a rising and time will not admit me to say any more [word?] and you must Excuse me in Cutting so short - I have a great deal more to say - but have not time say it now. --- And Remain your most obedient Humble Servant
