to the preservation of so many of our Fellow creatures, from perishing [under?] additional reasons unnecessary to support my reccomendations for your providing means to enable me to continue the Establishment, I have directed the Commissioners under whose care this Business has been conducted to lay before the Legislature an account of the expenses disbursed and they will also afford any other information in their power that may be desired.
