Memorandum . . May 23d. 1801. Sable Island, John Troth {believe this is Trott not Troth?], Master of the Ship Packet, late of Boston, now of Shore on Sable Island, and Stephen Snow of the Schooner Industry of Liverpool Nova–Scotia Mutually agree, that the said Stephen Snow, shall get one half of the Barrels, of whatever discription from said ship Packet consisting of flour, Indian Meal and pearl-ashes, and place them in Safety out of hte Tide-mark, in consideeration of which, the said Stephen Snow, shall be Intitled to one half of the Barrels so taken out of the said ship Packet to be divided by the said Stephen Snow and James Tinkum second Mate of the ship Packet, who is now on Sable Island
