We the undersigned three of Her Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Halifax are being called up to arbitrate and decide on the amount of Salvage to be paid to the Commissioners for Managing the affairs of Sable Island by the Owners or Underwriters of the Barque[strike out] ship Marmora lately wrecked on the said Island, having attentively considered the statements made by the parties interested, do award that the sum of Thirty five Pounds Halifax Currency be paid to the said Commissioners, and that the residue or sum of one Hundred and twenty seven Pounds, two shillings and two pence be paid to the Agent of the Owners or Underwriters of the said Barque [strike out] ship Marmora -
