We the subscribers justices of the Peace
for the County of Halifax, having been called
on to adjudge salvage to the Establishment
at Sable Island on Sundry materials saved by
said Establishment from the wreck of sch"Barbara"
G DeRoache Master, strannded at said Island on her
voyage [form?] St. Johns Nld. to Halifax in January
last, the [Net?] [proceeds?] of which amount to £45.[16/5?]
do award as follows. The the sum of £22.10/.
be paid to the Commissioners of Sable Island
in behalf of Establishment for salvage,
and the sum of £23.11.5 be paid to the owners,
underwriters, person or persons, most interested
in said wrecked materials, saved as above stated.
