We the subscribers, Justices of the Peace for the County of Halifax, having been called on to adjudge Salvage to the establishment at Sable Island on 108 Nets Codfish saved by said establishment from the wreck of Schooner "Barbara" G. DeRoche Master, Stranded at said Island in the month of January last, the Nt [Net?] proceeds of which amount to £52,,10/9 do award as follows. "That the sume of £26 ,, ,, be paid to the Commissioners of Sable Island on behalf of said Establishment, for Salvage, and the sum of £26,,10,,9 be paid to the owners, underwriters, person or persons most interested in said 108 [Nets?] Codfish saved as above stated.
