TO THE TREASURER OF THE PROVINCE
You are hereby required to pay unto

the Commissioners of Sable Island the sum of One Hundred and seventy five Pounds, being the expense incurred in the employment of the Schooner Victory in the protection of the Fisheries, fm 29th June to 29th October, out of the balance of the grant of 1837 for that purpose

out of the Duties of Impost and Excise appropriated for the support of Her Majesty's Government, as granted by the General Assembly of the Province, and in so doing this shall be your Warrant.

Given under my Hand and Seal at Arms at Halifax, this 31st day of December, in the 2d Year of Her Majesty's Reign, Annoque Domini 1838.
