BY HIS EXCELLENCY MAJOR-GENERAL SIR COLIN CAMPBELL,
Knight Commander of the Most Honorable Military Order of the Bath,
Lieutenant-Governor and Commander in Chief, in and over Her Majesty's
Province of Nova Scotia, and its Dependencies, &c.&c.&c
TO THE TREASURER OF THE PROVINCE
You are hereby required to pay unto The Commissioner of Sable Island the sum of Eighty three pounds sixteen shillings and fourpence being for wages of the Men and other expences incurred in the employment of the Schooner Victory in the protection of the Fishery out of the grant of past session of £500 for the above purpose
out of the Duties of Impost and Excise appropriated for the support of Her Majesty's Government, as granted by the General Assembly of this Province, and in so doing this shall be your Warrant.
Given under my Hand and Seal at Arms at Halifax, this 31st day of December in the 1st Year of her Majesty's Reign, Annoque Domini 1837
