HIS EXCELLENCY
Sir John Wentworth, Baronet, L.L.D
Lieutenant-Governor and Commander in Chief,
in and over His Majesty's Province of Nova
Scotia, and its Dependencies, &c. &c. &c.

To MICHAEL WALLACE, Esq. Treasurer of the Province
You are hereby directed to pay unto The Commissioners
for Establishing Settlements upon the Isle of Sable
being the sums voted last session of assembly for
that service Five hundred pounds.
£ 500
out of the Duties of Impost and Excise, appropriated for the
Support of His Majesty's Government, as granted by the
General Assembly of this Province. And in so doing this
shall be your Warrant.

Given under my Hand and Seal at
Arms, at Halifax, this 31st
Day of December 1802 in the
43d Year of His Majesty's Reign.
