New Ross: From Family to Community
Deed for transfer of land from Patrick Cogley to William Rodd, Esq
Items discussed in the include the transfer of one acre of land, part of lot No. 24, for the purpose of erecting a mill, in return for two acres of land. Ross then seems to have sold 50 acres of the same lot to W. Hartley, miller, for £30.
