Item discusses George having to write a will for Old Sheffers the day before he died; George goes on to describe a man named Sproule buried. George explains the Sproule was an Englishman by birth who taught at school behind Annapolis Road, and that "he was one of the unfortunate fellows that fell victim to drink, he had not a relative this side of the water to mourn his loss". Discusses having visitors at the house, but explains that there is still plenty of room if Edward wants to visit.
