New Glasgow Train Arrives.

At 6 p. m. the New Glasgow relief train pulled in. On board were Drs. John Mackay, Bell, M. R. McDonald, G. H. Cox, Kennedy, Miller, (Stellarton) McLeod,(Hopewell) Rose, (Westville) nurses, Misses Elliott, Smith, Bailey, Aberdeen Hospital; Misses Wade, Gray, Brian, Mrs. Fry, Mrs. Putnam, Deaconess, also Miss Peppy, V. O. Truro.
At 9 p. m. a train from Amherst brought Drs. McQuin and Budreau and nurses Misses Pride, Peel, Winchester, Mrs. Bedin and Mrs. Hill.
At 11 p. m. Thursday night Moncton reported in Drs. Ferguson, White, Myers, Burke, Price, and nurses Miss Warman, Snell, Green, Jameson, Hannagan, MacCasey.
Friday at 5 p. m. the Charlottetown, P. E. I., relief came, report Major (had been overseas, was in charge of University Hospital, Charlottetown) Ross, Military Dr. Nurses Misses McKinon, Damerg, Ross, Wright, Profitt, Sweeney, Cumming, Richards, Kilburne, Acorn, Martin, Mitchen.
In addition to these arriving in groups many individual doctors and nurses arrived soon after the accident to render relief. Among them were Dr. A. E. G. Forbes, Lunenburg, Dr. A.E. Forbes, of Maccan, Cumberland Co., and Dr. Ross Faulkner, F. R. C. S. England, now practicing in New York, and overseas military nurses home on leave including sisters D. J. Campbell, Big Island, Pictou Co , Catherine MacLean, of Sydney Mines, and sister McLeod.
Mrs. MacKenzie, of the Manse, Elmsdale, graduate nurse, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Mills, Miss McKenzie, Rev. Mr. Purdy, of Elmsdale; Dr. Harvey, of Stewiacke, and doctors and nurses from Truro hurried into the city on the first available train, and did heroic work during the first awful day following the accident, some of them remaining for several days.
Besides these mentioned St. John N. B , sent doctors and nurses.
