Petition: Had made considerable improvements on water lots in front of his land on the River Sissiboo. Had four wharves, one store house, a ship yard and two landing places with roads for the purpose of hauling up timber, etc. Also a wharf and a house on the opposite side of the river. Was preparing to erect a grist and saw mill and wanted a grant to the two water lots.
