Joseph Howe and His World

Address to the Hon. Joseph Howe, M.P.P. and member of the Executive Council of Nova Scotia, upon his visit to their part of the province. Signed by thirty men -- surnames Carmichael, McGregor, Fraser, McKenzie, Grant, Ross and others -- who appear to be residents of Pictou County (Census of 1871).
