Trade Centre Limited is a crown corporation established in 1981 to manage and operate the Halifax Metro Centre, the World Trade and Convention Centre and an office tower (World Trade Centre Halifax). In 2000 TCL acquired Exhibition Park, home of the former Atlantic Winter Fair. It now comprises six distinct operating units: Halifax Metro Centre, Atlantic Canada World Trade Centre, World Trade Centre Tower, Events Halifax, Exhibition Park and the World Trade and Convention Centre.
