other certain piece and parcel of land called and know [known] by Lot Number five in the second division of farm lots lying to the North of the Settlement at the Head of the Harbour of Chezzetcook and is abutted and bounded [as] follows [Viz?] . Beginning at the Northeast angle of Lot No. [?] from thence running North ten chains, thence West [fifty?] chains, thence South ten chains, thence East to the place of beginning containing fifty acres more or lefs [less], bounded on the North by Escheated land, on the East by land granted [to] Thomas Young and others, on the South by William Barrys land, and on the West by lands granted to Jennings and Calder, containing [in?] both of the afore den [cited?] Tracts or Lots of land one hundred acres more or lefs [less]

Land relinquished by Edward Hughes [Viz?] -
That certain piece or parcel of land being part of Lot Number 12 Letter C abutted and bounded as follows [Viz?]. Beginning at the North Eastern angle of Thomas Fultons land, from thence to run South five degrees East twenty two chains, thence East fifty chains to Partridge River, thence Northerly on the several course [courses?] of the River to the Highway, and thence Westerly on the several courses of the highway to the place of beginning containing one hundred acres more or lefs [less]
