Description of certain Lots of Land in Preston Relinquished by the Proprietors for the use of the People of Colour Viz
1 That certain piece or parcel of land relinquished by the Honbl [Honorable] M. Wallace, known on the general plan of Preston by Lot Number 2 letter C originally granted to Titus Smith and is abutted and bound as follows Viz [?] Beginning at a stake and stones at the side of the road leading from Wentworth Hill to Cole Harbour in the Southwest angle of Thomas Littles lot, thence running on the side of the said road South twenty five chains, thence East sixty chains or until it meets the Western bounds of Stephen Beldings land, thence North twenty five chains, thence West to the place of beginning, containing one hundred and fifty acres more or less
2 Land relinquished by Wm. James H Tidemarsh - A certain piece or parcel of land known on the general plan of Preston as Lot No. 4 letter B originally granted to Eleanora Mullock and butler and bounded as follows Viz Beginning at the South East angle of William Barrys lot on the side of the road leading from Wentworth Hill to Cole Harbour from thence running South on the side of said road Eight chains fifty links thence West sixty chains or until it meets a marked road at the rear of Titus Smiths land, thence North eight chains and fifty links, thence East to the Cole Harbour Road at the place of beginning containing fifty acres more or lefs [less] - bounded on the North by W Barrys land, on the East by the Cole Harbour road, on the South by Escheated land, and on the West by a marked road - and also that
