in lieu the like Expense must be made to prevent it also from [Escheat?].
We therefore beg to observe what, provided we are allowed Grants of ten Acres each of Land each near Point Pleasant as a remuneration for such Expense, with a warrant for the like number of Acres of unsettled Lands as stated in the Grant we are now in possession of. We shall feel no hesitation in giving up the said Land
