three as heretofore and the issuing of Seventeen weeks instead of thirteen. Though the number of Negroes here have by braking up their residence on Melville Island increased Since the month of January last when it was Settled in his Majesty's Council what was to be allowed for receiving and supplying Provisions to them from 586 to 795 ferrous. I have not presumed to make the last addition to the weekely allowance for that Service- And as what we are allowed for truckage of the Provisions is according to the certifycate of John Prescott, Esq. and Mr. John Faiquhason heretofore presented considerable below the usual price of trucking here I shall be a great ------ loosen by the concern if I am not payed the whole of my-------accounts-------- I however submit the whole to you and request your aid in obtaining the payment of it.
