Intitution[?] and the propability was that he would give me the preference

This last proposition was so absurd and disgusting to my feeling that I made him no reply and left him so `~
I once more made application, which happened to be on

would dare say would be generous with me, but said I,
I fear, I am too late for this Siting (not knowing then but they
ware to Sit much Longer) he replied no matter How things
Could be record [?] four or five year hence, His advice my
Friend [?] Morris is what I have view [?] from the Secretary
of the Province, I must rely on the good Advice in future
and remain with due regard
