Report of Provisions depossited in the Store at
Dartmouth by order of His Excellency Sir John Coape
Sherbrooke for the people of Colour Settling in Preston
of the Issues of Provisions from the store Between the
2nd of May and the first of August 1816 and of what
remained in the Store at the conclusion of that period

There was on hand the 2nd of May according
the report then made of every [specie] except Bread the
deficiency of which has been since made up
4914 rations
Sent from the Magazines in Halifax }
