Hundred acres more or less known on the General Plan of Preston by Lots No. 6 and of Letter D formerly granted to Philip Lindsy & Wnm Chapman bounded on the North by the lot originally granted to Charles Stewart on the west by Patridge River on the South by the highway and on the East by the marked road aforesaid and also another piece begening at the North East Angle of said Charles Stewarts lot running thense North in the mark'd road mentioned in the [definition?] of the last [price?] forty five chains thence went fifty chains or to Patridge River thence Southerly in the several courses of the River to the North line of the aforesaid Stewarts lot thence East lot to the place of Begining containing Two Hundered & Fifty acres more on [illegible] known on the Plan of the Preston farm lots by lot No. 9 Letter D bound on the North by George Smiths Grant on the West by Patridge River on the South by the abovesaid Stewarts land and on the East by the said Markd road
